For better or worse, stress is a regular part of the human experience. This is probably especially true in the current age, when people seem to have so many levels of responsibility that they must see to. While stress may be a common occurrence, that’s not to say it’s something to be entirely accepted. In fact, stress reactions over time can lead to a host of health ailments, including chronic pain, vascular difficulties, and sleep disruption. While stress then is something that may be inevitable, it’s also something that most people attempt to minimize within their life experience.
